Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
• NACM certification (CBF or higher) is preferred.
• 4–7 years of corporate credit or customer service experience.
• Experience with Oracle Advance Collections and credit reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit review of new and existing customers.
• Analyze and approve credit applications.
• Monitor risk through aging analysis and customer financial data.
• Negotiate payment plans and manage past-due accounts.
• Review and release orders on hold to facilitate shipment.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate AR records.
