Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial credit, collections or AR.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience leading a credit and collections team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the credit and collections team.
• Establish credit policies, terms, and internal controls.
• Evaluate customer credit risk and set credit limits.
• Oversee aging, DSO, reserves, and bad-debt write-offs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve disputes.
