The role partners with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to balance customer service with prudent risk management, review credit data, and prepare recommendations for management approval. Applicants should have 5+ years in commercial credit analysis and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit analysis or corporate credit.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis.
• Experience evaluating commercial credit risk and setting credit terms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements, credit reports, payment histories, and industry trends to determine credit exposure.
• Evaluate new customer credit applications and establish initial credit limits.
• Review and adjust existing customer credit limits based on financial performance and payment behavior.
• Assess overall portfolio risk and recommend strategies to minimize bad debt exposure.
• Prepare comprehensive credit recommendations for management approval.
