impact.com is hiring a Creator Solutions Account Manager in New York to lead high-visibility creator programs for top brands. You will diagnose client needs, translate ambiguity into roadmaps, and present strategies directly to senior stakeholders.

The role blends strategy, execution, and teaching in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align creator strategies with business goals, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading integrated strategy and execution within creator/affiliate marketing or related programs.
• Strong client-facing, consultative experience shaping strategy decks and driving growth.
• Data-driven with ability to translate performance into actionable recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of creator ecosystems across social platforms and verticals.
• Experience pitching strategic proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with measurement methods like MMM, brand lift, MTA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships across a portfolio from strategy through launch, optimization and reporting.
• Develop breakthrough data-driven creator strategies and campaign proposals.
• Translate performance data into insights and scalable optimization plans for clients growth.
• Supervise Sr Associates and Leads to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align creator strategies with business goals.
