Job summary

Influencer is seeking an Account Manager, Client Services in New York to oversee and execute post-sale brand campaigns, delivering top-tier client service and coordinating with creators and agents to ensure campaigns launch on time with high-quality creative.

The role focuses on creator sourcing, negotiations, and end-to-end campaign execution, maintaining strong relationships with creators and clients while leveraging Waves and related tools for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 year experience in an influencer marketing or social media role.
• Proactive and able to provide updates to the team without prompting.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of creator campaigns across major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, Snap).
• Maintain briefings with creators and agents to meet campaign milestones and client expectations.
• Own negotiations, budgeting, contracting, and review of creator content for campaign compliance.
