Job summary

Influencer in New York is seeking an Account Manager, Client Services to oversee and execute post-sale brand campaigns. You will work directly with creators and agents to ensure timely delivery and high-quality creative, focusing on outreach, negotiations and campaign execution.

You will collaborate across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest and Snap, manage creator briefs, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations while growing relationships with key partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an influencer marketing or social media role.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of creator campaigns across key platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, Snap).
• Maintain clear creator/agent communications and ensure campaigns meet milestones and briefs.
• Own negotiations, budgeting and contracting with support from senior leadership as needed.
• Review creator content to ensure it aligns with campaign briefings and approved creative concept.
• Prepare end-of-campaign reports with Account Executives and Senior Account Managers to exceed client expectations.
