Job summary

Jackson Spalding is seeking a strategic Influencer, Creator & Social Strategist to lead brand-building through creator partnerships, social strategy and cultural influence. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated campaigns, identify creators, and drive conversations that strengthen client outcomes, while staying ahead of trends in creator marketing.

You will mentor teams, help scale capabilities, and ensure campaigns align with FTC guidelines and platform policies,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading integrated creator, social, digital brand strategy and storytelling within an agency or consumer brand.
Experience developing creator campaigns for nationally recognized consumer or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of the creator economy and how influencer marketing fits within integrated communications programs.
Experience leading creator partnerships across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Experience managing creator and talent contracts, licensing, usage rights and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee development of creator, social and influencer programs for clients across industries.
Serve as trusted advisor to clients, account teams and agency leadership.
Lead creator partnerships from strategy through execution including identification, outreach, negotiations, contracting and reporting.
Cultivate strategic relationships with creators, platforms and partners that generate long-term value.
Ensure programs are integrated with broader campaigns to drive positive client outcomes.
Develop creator-led campaigns, events/experiential, ambassador programs and brand partnerships.
