Job summary

Univest in Pittsburgh is seeking a CRE Relationship Manager to grow and manage a commercial real estate portfolio across western Pennsylvania. You will serve as the primary relationship owner, delivering trusted guidance and coordinating solutions with bank partners.

You’ll develop new client relationships, cross-sell deposits and treasury management, and structure credit terms for construction, bridge, and permanent financing while managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial banking with CRE lending experience.
• Expertise in CRE lending including construction, bridge, and permanent financing.
• Proven ability to generate and grow client relationships and cross-sell bank solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business; CRE financial analysis training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a CRE loan portfolio across construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
• Act as primary CRE relationship owner delivering financial guidance and coordinating solutions.
• Generate new clients through targeted outreach and referrals.
• Cross-sell deposits, treasury management, and Univest solutions.
• Monitor portfolio risk, loan grading, and renewals; ensure compliance.
