Job summary

North Easton Savings Bank seeks a C&I Commercial Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of middle-market C&I loans, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements while growing the bank's commercial lending business.

You will originate new opportunities, analyze financial statements, prepare credit memos, structure loan terms, and collaborate with Credit Administration and Loan Operations to deliver timely underwriting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
• 7–15 years of commercial lending, credit analysis, or relationship management experience in a financial institution.
• Experience with a community bank or regional bank credit culture preferred.
• Proven ability to source new business and manage a commercial loan portfolio.
• Strong financial statement analysis, cash-flow analysis, and collateral evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Originates new C&I focused commercial lending opportunities through proactive business development and referrals.
• Builds and manages a portfolio of commercial relationships and monitors credit quality.
• Meets or exceeds annual production, revenue, and portfolio growth goals.
• Analyzes financial statements, tax returns, collateral, and borrower creditworthiness.
• Prepares comprehensive credit memos with risk ratings and loan structures.
• Structures loan terms balancing client needs with risk management and coordinates with Credit Admin and Loan Ops.
