Forward Air Corp. is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support the administration, reporting, and coordination of the company's corporate real estate portfolio across office, industrial, and logistics locations.

You will maintain data, assist with lease administration, and provide market research to support decisions. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in corporate real estate or related fields, expert Excel skills, and working knowledge of CoStar.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate real estate, lease administration, property administration or facilities.
• Experience supporting commercial real estate portfolios in office, industrial, or logistics environments.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of CoStar or similar platforms.

Aufgaben

• Support administration of office, industrial, and logistics real estate portfolio.
• Assist with lease administration, renewals, amendments, and critical date tracking.
• Maintain property, lease, occupancy, and transaction data in CoStar and internal systems.
• Develop portfolio reports, dashboards, and analyses for business decisions.
• Conduct market research on rental rates, vacancy trends, and comparable properties.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, vendor activities, and space planning initiatives.
• Track insurance certificates and vendor compliance; assist with contracts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lease obligations.
