Job summary

Itaú USA, based in Miami, seeks a CRA Officer to administer and coordinate the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program. The role supports the Chief Compliance Officer in governance, regulatory oversight, examination readiness, performance monitoring, and risk management activities.

The candidate will help develop, implement, and enhance the CRA framework to meet regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations, including reporting and governance support across the CRA program.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the CRA, Regulation BB and interagency CRA guidance.
• Experience with CRA examinations, audits, monitoring programs and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day administrator of the Bank's CRA Program.
• Monitor CRA performance against goals and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate CRA activities and track CRA-qualified transactions.
• Prepare CRA reports for Senior Management and the Board.
• Support CRA strategy development and annual CRA planning initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, data integrity, and management reporting.
• Escalate significant compliance risks to the CCO.
