Job summary

Itau US is seeking a CRA Officer to manage day-to-day CRA Program administration and support the CCO in governance and regulatory oversight. The role focuses on maintaining regulator-ready CRA documentation, monitoring performance, and coordinating examinations.

The candidate will analyze CRA activities, prepare management reports, and assist in strategic planning and training to meet supervisory expectations and community development objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in CRA compliance or related regulatory roles within a bank or financial institution.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into policies, controls, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CRA Program administration and governance.
• Monitor CRA performance across loans, investments, services, and charitable activities.
• Coordinate CRA reviews, examinations, and supervisory requests.
• Prepare CRA reports for senior management and the Board.
• Support CRA strategy and annual planning efforts.
• Track regulatory developments and recommend program enhancements.
