Job summary

Itau US is seeking a Consumer Compliance Officer in Miami to act as the day-to-day administrator of the Bank's Consumer Compliance Management System (CMS) and support the Chief Compliance Officer in governance and oversight. You will oversee regulatory change management, testing, and issue remediation across consumer products and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws and banking regulations.
• Experience managing consumer compliance examinations, audits, and monitoring programs.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and controls.
• Experience preparing regulatory responses and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day administrator of CMS and support CCO in consumer compliance oversight.
• Maintain CMS components: policies, training, monitoring, testing, complaint management, and change management.
• Coordinate responses to examinations, audits, and supervisory inquiries; monitor remediation.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and business guidance; deliver awareness training.
