Job summary

Vasion, Inc. in Utah is seeking a Deal Desk & Pricing Analyst to design and govern CPQ quoting, including product and bundle structure, price rules, discount schedules, and approval matrices.

You will partner with sales, finance, legal, and channel teams to structure complex multi‑product deals, manage multi‑currency price books, and provide recurring reports on quote cycle time and discount trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, or pricing.
• Experience configuring CPQ or quoting logic, including price rules, discount schedules, product structure, and approval routing.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with maintainable pricing models.
• Working knowledge of B2B SaaS pricing concepts (subscriptions, uplifts, ramps, co-termination, volume tiers, partner discounts).
• Strong analytical skills; able to explain pricing logic to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and configuration of the CPQ quoting process, including product and bundle structure, price rules, discount schedules, and approval matrices.
• Define and maintain approval levels, thresholds, escalation paths, and service levels for quotes.
• Maintain multi-currency price book structure and validate pricing across currencies.
• Diagnose pricing defects and partner with GTM Systems on changes.
• Review quotes for pricing accuracy and policy compliance; assist with complex deals.
• Lead recurring reporting on quote cycle time, discount trends, and realized vs. list price.
