Job summary

Confido, the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG, is hiring a CPG Sales Finance Manager in NYC to own accruals, deductions, and dispute resolution for customers. You’ll work hands-on with customer data to resolve disputes, configure onboarding workflows, and advise Product on dispute logic evolution.

You’ll partner with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure fast, accurate dispute resolution and drive platform value for brand customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on demand planning at CPG brands, including forecast generation and S&OP processes.
• 3+ years in deductions, trade promotion finance, accounts receivable, or a similar CPG/retail-adjacent operations role.
• Detail-oriented with experience reconciling retailer/distributor documentation and discrepancies.
• Strong cross-functional communicator — comfortable talking to customers, implementation leads, and product managers.
• Experience with CPG trade, deductions, or AR systems is a strong plus.
• Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and solve CPG demand planning challenges.
• Synthesize customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping optimize workflows and maximize platform value.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing on go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content, webinars.
