Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar in good standing.
• 5+ years in corporate/general transactional law with complex agreements.
• Understanding of procurement, manufacturing, logistics, licensing, acquisitions, IT, outsourcing, IP, privacy, and health care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Provide counsel on a range of commercial business issues.
• Interact with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Advise on supplier issues for Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Support potential Licensing & Acquisitions transactions.
