AbbVie seeks a Senior Counsel to support its Enterprise Procurement Legal function. The role partners with internal teams including BTS, HR/Employee Benefits, Professional Services, and Meetings & Events to provide strategic legal guidance on commercial matters and vendor agreements.

Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Candidates should have a JD, bar certification, and 5+ years in corporate or transactional law (8+ preferred), with exposure to data privacy,

Competenze

• J.D. degree required and bar admission.
• 5+ years in corporate or transactional law or litigation; pharma/healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and counseling clients.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (MSAs, consulting, software licensure, cloud/SaaS).
• Provide legal counsel to Procurement and Business functions; manage disputes and supplier issues.
• Supervise paralegals, external counsel, and contract attorneys.
