Job summary

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar in good standing.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and counseling clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements involving procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and licensing.
• Provide proactive legal counsel to Procurement, Supply Chain, and related business teams.
• Collaborate with senior management and outside counsel to manage strategic transactions.
• Identify risks, advise on compliance, and facilitate timely business decisions.
