Qualifications

• JD degree and active state bar certification.
• 5+ years (8+ preferred) in corporate or general transactional law or healthcare.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and counseling on business issues.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (master services, consulting, software licensing, SaaS, data licensing, AI vendor) for Procurement and related functions.
• Provide legal counsel on business transactions and supplier issues, including dispute resolution.
• Manage paralegal, external counsel, and contract attorney activities.
• Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and IP related issues.
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and drive timely resolution of matters.
