Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Patient Services and internal stakeholders to assess legal risks.
• Provide timely, risk-balanced advice on design and operation of patient support programs.
• Review materials involving patient services, reimbursement, enrollment, program terms, training, and support models.
• Counsel on collection, use, sharing, and measurement of patient-services data and metrics.
• Advise Market Access teams on interactions with payers and decision-makers.
• Develop training, playbooks, templates, and practical guidance for the organization.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on projects, investigations, and risk matters.
