You will partner with Patient Services and Market Access teams, review marketing and enrollment materials, and guide compliance with federal and state

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission and active bar status in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in-house at a pharmaceutical company or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Patient Services and Market Access teams to assess legal risks and guide ethical decisions.
• Advise on design, implementation, modification, and discontinuation of patient support programs and related services.
• Review materials for patient services, reimbursement, enrollment, and program terms.
• Counsel on data collection, sharing, and analysis of patient-services information and dashboards.
• Support interactions with payers, formulary committees, and health systems regarding HCEI/PIE materials.
• Develop training, playbooks, and templates to strengthen legal acumen across the organization.
