Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Counsel, Global Supply Chain to help secure and deploy GPU, server, networking, and data center infrastructure powering our business. You will be a senior contributor on the Legal & Government Affairs team embedded with Supply Chain and Capacity Operations, providing strategic legal support across sourcing and deployment.

You will draft and negotiate complex supplier agreements, build scalable contracting playbooks, and guide regulatory and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience in complex commercial transactions.
• Experience drafting technology infrastructure and supply-chain agreements.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex supplier agreements for GPU/compute hardware and data center infrastructure.
• Provide day-to-day counseling on supply chain risk, contract terms, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, tax, compliance, and real estate on deal structuring.
