Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Counsel, Global Supply Chain to collaborate with Supply Chain and Capacity Operations, drafting and negotiating agreements for GPU hardware, data center infrastructure, and logistics. You will enable scalable contracting processes and advise on regulatory issues affecting global growth.

You will report to the Director & Managing Associate General Counsel and serve as a senior contributor embedded with the team, handling risk, compliance, and strategic guidance with

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or international equivalent).
• 5+ years of legal experience, including significant time focused on complex commercial transactions at a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong business acumen and meaningful experience drafting and negotiating technology infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements with suppliers for procurement of GPU and compute hardware, data center infrastructure, and logistics services.
• Provide day-to-day counseling on supply chain continuity, risk allocation, and supplier performance matters.
• Develop, maintain, and scale templates, playbooks, and templates to enable self-service for sourcing teams.
