Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior Specialist to lead eDiscovery and Insider Risk efforts across the enterprise. You will manage data collection from infrastructure and cloud storage, ensure privacy and retention compliance, and transform telemetry into actionable timelines for legal and security teams.

You will architect AI-powered automation tooling to preserve data, design governance policies for investigations, and coordinate digital forensics in support of legal activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading eDiscovery programs.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and retention laws.
• Ability to translate technical data into legal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise eDiscovery data collection, processing and review in line with legal standards.
• Lead forensic analysis for Insider Risk investigations and coordinate digital forensics for Legal teams.
• Architect AI-powered automation for data preservation and processing.
• Design governance policies for eDiscovery programs, investigations and data classification.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and multi-language tech across eDiscovery and investigations.
• Support Litigation Holds as directed by Legal, preserving relevant communications and files.
• Select or build and maintain specialized eDiscovery software and digital forensics tools.
• Provide direct support during insider threat cases with targeted collections and deep-dive searches.
• Create automated scripts to stitch user activity logs into coherent timelines.
• Format complex data payloads into structured reports for Insider Risk, HR, and Legal.
