Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and bachelor's degrees required.
• Admission to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia.
• 5-15 years experience in complex litigation at an AmLaw 200 firm.
• Experience in the energy industry preferred.
• Federal judicial clerkship strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to corporate strategy.
• Client counseling and disclosure risk management.
• Drive legal support across multi-jurisdiction disclosure workstreams.
• Develop briefing papers for internal governance.
• Monitor litigation and regulatory developments.
