Job summary

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission to practice law in the United States.
• 6+ years of litigation experience, ideally with energy or heavy industrial matters.
• Strong negotiation, judgment, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all litigation strategy, oversee outside counsel, and manage a diverse docket.
• Advise Operations, EH&S, and Engineering on incidents, regulatory matters, and risk.
• Interface with PHMSA, FERC, EPA, and state agencies on enforcement and compliance.
• Draft and negotiate settlements, tolling, and dispute-related amendments.
• Develop litigation management processes, reporting, and executive metrics.
