Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Senior Costing Analyst to lead strategic data processing and BOM cost optimization to support business planning. You will coordinate with Business Planning, Hardware Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop quotation BOM for customer projects.

You will build data frameworks, ensure cost data accuracy, and deliver dashboards to reveal cost drivers. This role requires collaboration across Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Field teams to support RFP/RFQ responses

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science related field.
Minimum 2 years' related experience.
Experience in computer hardware or server manufacturing preferred.
Proficient with data analysis, cost or BOM management and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong problem-solving and ability to support changing requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as raw data collection, database management and cost optimization.
Provide accurate BOM and analyze cost information to support projects.
Develop and refine data analytical frameworks for BOM accuracy and cost optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost data accuracy.
Create dashboards to identify cost drivers and provide data-driven insights.
Coordinate teams to collect cost information for RFP/RFQ and customer commitments.
Support cost issues and implement processes for timely cost recovery.
