Stellant Systems is seeking a full-time Senior Cost Analyst in Williamsport, PA to analyze production and development costs, maintain cost records, and support proposal teams with labor and material estimates. Collaboration across operations, engineering, supply chain, IT, accounting, pricing, and management is essential to success.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and familiarity with CAS/FAR and ASC606 concepts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliant project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Advanced Excel skills required and demonstrated expertise.
• Manufacturing ERP experience desired and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost transactions and product costs via project cost ledger actuals.
• Examine product costs and variances through production order actuals with operations.
• Review BOMs, ECNs, and technical files for accurate costing.
• Prepare CBOM and BOEs per FAR 15-2 to support proposal pricing.
• Support ERP improvements and monthly close processes.
