Job summary

AISIN Illinois is seeking a cost analyst to create estimations, analyze cost structures, and promote cost-reduction activities across product lines. You will report progress to management and coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to drive target attainment.

The role requires strong cost accounting knowledge, ability to learn technical details, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create estimations, summarize and analyze to promote activities and follow up on product cost reduction.
• Understand cost structure and analyze cost conditions to build plans, promote activities, and follow up on them.
• Report cost and profit status to managers and follow up with others to achieve targets.
• Report any problems or delays in activities to managers and promote solutions.
• Understand drawings or process changes and their cost impact, sharing status and agreeing on next actions with others.
• Summarize cost estimations to help others understand cost and profit status, and explain them clearly.
