SLS Consultants seeks a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management across complex projects in the data center, semiconductor and healthcare sectors. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering to optimize project performance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in cost management for construction, with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cost management for construction projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering.
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare project experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management across full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Monitor financial performance including cost tracking, forecasting and cash flow.
• Prepare and update budgets, cost plans, estimates, and tender docs.
• Perform cost analysis and value engineering for efficiency and budget optimization.
• Coordinate procurement and tendering including bid documentation and contractor recommendations.
• Identify commercial risks and potential savings throughout all phases.
