Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join a leading U.S.-based delivery team embedded within a major client project. You will manage costs from preconstruction to final account on large-scale Data Center developments, helping establish and grow the consultancy's U.S.

operations. The ideal candidate has consultancy Cost Management/Quantity Surveying experience with Data Center projects, strong client-facing communication, and the ability to work full-time on-site with the client in

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
• Experience delivering large-scale Data Center projects.
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Real Estate sectors experience considered.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Able to work independently while embedded in a client's organisation.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site with the client.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead Cost Manager within project delivery team.
• Manage project costs from preconstruction through final account.
• Provide commercial and cost advice across large-scale Data Center developments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify commercial risks.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of the consultancy's U.S. business.
• Mentor and support future Cost Management hires as the team expands.
