Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in construction cost estimating across various building types.
• AACE International or RICS accreditation preferred.
• Understanding of technical documents related to cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple projects.
• Conduct value engineering studies and cost option analyses.
