Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management across full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.

• Prepare and update budgets, cost plans, estimates, and tender docs.
• Perform cost analysis and value engineering for efficiency and budget optimization.
• Coordinate procurement and tendering including bid documentation and contractor recommendations.
• Identify commercial risks and potential savings throughout all phases.

Partnering with some of the world’s largest data center, pharmaceutical, and healthcare developers, we are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing program and project cost management, possessing strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management activities across the full project lifecycle, from early planning stages through final completion and closeout.
• Monitor financial performance throughout delivery, including cost tracking, change management, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation during both design and construction phases.
• Carry out cost analysis and value engineering exercises to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and budget optimization.
• Coordinate procurement and tendering activities, including preparation of bid documentation, commercial analysis of submissions, and contractor recommendations.
• Proactively identify commercial risks, cost exposure, and potential savings opportunities during all project phases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cost management or related fields, with a proven track record in managing scope related to construction projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is required.
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
