Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or related field and 12 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimating.
• Electrical system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and project management team to meet project goals and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison with clients and assist with project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct project management through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Oversee design management, scheduling, constructability review, budgeting and cost control, contract administration, bidding and permitting.
• Manage contractor procurement, risk, quality assurance, safety, and overall execution; maintain budget and schedule control.
• Contribute to team performance through collaboration and effective communication.
