Foxconn E BG Group is seeking a Cost Management Lead to steer financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will manage the CM team, control inventory and fixed assets, and drive cost optimization while partnering with senior management on strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to HQ procedures to enhance overall business performance and cost efficiency.

Competenze

• 10+ years in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA/Master's preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Lead inventory and fixed asset controls and month-end close.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements.
• Provide financial insights and performance analysis.
