Job summary

Foxconn is seeking a Cost Management Lead in El Paso, TX to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting. You will lead the CM team, manage inventory and fixed assets, drive cost optimization and process improvements, and ensure timely month-end closing and target achievement.

The role works with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in financial data extraction, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Prior experience with a Big Four accounting firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refine AP/Inventory/Cost/AR/Overseas expense-related transactions and ensure local processes comply with HQ procedures.
• Manage inventory and fixed assets, implement physical counts, and ensure book record accuracy.
• Oversee month-end closing and provide accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis, financial statements and management reports, as well as financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Lead the PBU CM team by defining the CM organization and providing guidance, coaching, training and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work output.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators, identify trends, and communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies, set financial targets, and support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, pricing decisions, and cost optimization efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis through technology and automation, define and implement business and functional financial indicators, as well as drive the organization to achieve targets, and support ad hoc assignments.
