Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to deliver significant cost savings and strategic value initiatives.
• Experience managing large, complex spend categories (direct materials, capital equipment, logistics).
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred; bachelor's in a related field.
• Expert negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
