Job summary

This role oversees operational financial controls across the business unit. You will partner with site leadership, manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, monitor KPIs, ensure tax compliance, and help drive actionable financial

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cost and financial analysis experience.
• Budgeting, P&L, KPI management and US tax compliance knowledge.
• SAP proficiency and MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and cost control in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial business partner to site leadership with cost analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Manage and analyze OPEX/CAPEX budgets, including investment reviews and audits.
• Monitor KPIs, provide variance analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure tax compliance under federal, state, and local laws in Texas.
• Perform other duties as required.
