Job summary

Foxconn seeks a Cost Management Specialist to strengthen financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting. You will develop models, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights to support management decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, improve systems, and maintain financial integrity. Bachelor’s in finance/accounting and 3+ years FP&A are required; CPA/MBA and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience working experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in financial data extraction, analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support the company’s strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze business performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and support financial projections.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in developing financial strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
