Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with cost accounting foundation.
• 3-5 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong Excel and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop-level costing activities to ensure accurate costing aligned with inventory practices.
• Research inventory valuation swings and explain drivers to finance stakeholders.
• Provide monthly support to shop finance teams linking operations to cost and inventory transactions.
• Monitor cost management system for negative inventory values and coordinate resolutions.
• Support year-end baseline setting and annual physical inventory processes.
