The role partners with production, procurement, operations, and finance for accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include cost and performance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, month-end close, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost control and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar finance or cost accounting role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and report manufacturing costs and performance.
• Analyze inventory valuation and costing methods.
• Provide cost trends insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• Close month-end entries and reconcile COGS and inventory.
• Partner with operations to drive cost-control and productivity.
• Support cross-functional projects and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist audits with documentation and data.
