Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Controls – Cost professional for a 12-month assignment in Houston, TX. The role focuses on cost management, forecasting, EVM, and reporting across cross-functional teams in a major oil and gas client environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of project controls experience, strong Excel and EV/EAC skills, and ability to communicate effectively with management and contractors. Occasional site visits and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent combinations considered.
• 3–5 years in project controls, cost controls, field controls, or related disciplines.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects in oil & gas, pipeline, terminal, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of project cost management, forecasting, accruals, commitments, EV/EAC.
• Knowledge of contract administration, invoice validation, payment certification, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost controls and forecasting.
• Perform change control and budgeting activities.
• Monitor earned value management and EAC.
• Prepare reports and present to management and stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally to support project execution.
