Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Leadership experience managing finance or cost accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Cost Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze manufacturing costs and variances with actionable insights.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist forecasts/budgets and long-term financial plans for operations.
• Reporting & KPIs: Develop cost dashboards and report cost trends and opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Partner with engineering/production to drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Inventory & Asset Control: Monitor inventory levels and asset capitalization/dep.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure internal controls and audits related to cost accounting.
