American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Financial Cost-Benefit Analyst to provide financial analysis and cost-benefit evaluation for Claims and Legal initiatives. You will ensure investments align with priorities, deliver measurable benefits, and support decision-making with financial modeling and benefit validation.

This hybrid role requires coordinating from Madison, WI or Boston, MA with travel as needed and relocation support for eligible candidates. You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost-benefit analysis for banking or insurance.
• Experience with financial statement and management reporting.
• Proficiency in forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and development of complex and strategic analyses for business partners and divisional leadership.
• Present analyses to divisional leadership and occasionally to executive leadership.
• Use advanced modeling to analyze financial and growth implications of solutions.
• Employ data mining to uncover relationships that drive decisions.
• Develop comprehensive management reports for all levels of management.
• Work with divisional leadership to define metrics to assess performance and opportunities.
• Represent Finance on cross-functional teams as the financial expert.
