Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8–10 years' experience with relevant degree
• Apply cost estimation principles to government acquisitions
• Develop cost estimating relationships via advanced statistics
• Develop models for space systems and launch programs
• Create life-cycle cost estimates using parametric/analogy approaches
• Lead life-cycle cost estimates for major acquisitions
• Identify cost/technical risk areas and translate to cost impacts
• Proficient with Excel and Monte Carlo methods
• Excellent communication to senior leadership
• Able to work independently on detail-oriented tasks
