Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical OR Business-related discipline with Target 6 years of budget/finance/resource management within IC or DoD.
• Or Associate’s Degree with 16 years within IC or DoD; 10 of those 5 years within the NRO; clearance TS/SCI w/ CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations on program requirements and spend plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify resource trade-offs among competing programs for senior management review.
• Draft budget estimates and revisions for new and existing initiatives.
