• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Minimum of 6 years experience
• Experience in telecom infrastructure planning and engineering
• Experience with large-scale network engineering across multiple packet fabrics (e.g., Google B4)
• Hands-on with 3G/4G/5G in core or radio network environments
• Telecom route analysis for physical and logical routing
• Knowledge of NMS, NFV, SDN
• Familiar with network elements: switches, routers, multiplexers, and transport systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights
• Understanding of various network technologies and protocols
• Experience with PSTN and data network architecture
• VoIP and softswitch technologies experience
• Fiber optic systems knowledge
• RF technologies experience
• GPON technology understanding

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for timely network analysis across telecom routes
• Evaluate network operations with partners to assess network activities
• Apply telecom knowledge to support mission objectives
• Support modeling with domain inputs for customer modeling tools
• Analyze wireless and wireline networks and protocols for strategic decisions
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Track emerging telecom technologies and apply relevant insights
• Maintain currency with evolving technologies through training
