Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance or related field with 5–10 years of cost analyst experience in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting analytics and GAAP concepts understanding.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• SOX compliance knowledge and experience with internal controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost accounting analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage and reconcile general ledger, balance sheets, and ERP transactions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, budgets, and cash flow.
• Oversee cost management with trend analysis and cost-control measures aligned with GAAP.
• Support pricing reviews and audits (DCMA, DCAA) as needed.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls with data collection and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasting models and budgets for manufacturing.
