Job summary

Angayut, LLC is seeking a Corridor Specialist to support CBP under the PPMSS contract in Grand Forks, ND. You will manage facility support, budgets, and acquisition documentation for USBP and AMO real property operations.

You will coordinate with government managers, prepare SOWs/PSOs/PWS, assist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates, track funding in SAP, TRIRIGA, and SharePoint, and produce monthly reporting to the BOMR Corridor Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may offset.
• 5+ years in facility management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and sustain facility support across the corridor.
• Develop SOWs, Statements of Objectives, and PWS aligned with FAR/HSAR/CBP requirements.
• Prepare IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates using market research and historical pricing.
• Track funding and budgets in SAP and coordinate with servicing agencies.
• Maintain acquisition documentation, cost estimates, and reporting.
