Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Corporate Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that boost employee knowledge and performance.

You will partner with HR, department leaders, and subject-matter experts to identify needs, create role-based training, manage the LMS, and deliver in person, virtual, or blended formats. This role requires 2–4 years in manufacturing training and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in training & development or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience designing and delivering manufacturing training.
• Experience with LMS and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, performance data.
• Translate identified needs into measurable learning objectives, curricula, role-based learning paths, and training plans aligned with business priorities.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning content using adult-learning principles, including facilitator guides, resources, presentations, job aids, knowledge checks, and evaluation tools.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for employees and leaders; adapt delivery to audience and schedules.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and changing needs.
• Partner with department leaders and subject-matter experts to confirm content accuracy and develop training plans.
• Serve as a power user and administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) including course setup, assignments, tracking, reporting, and data quality.
• Support HR and management integrating learning initiatives with onboarding, performance management, and career development.
